before starting this i tragically learned that i actually lost the google doc that had all 4 main characters information. and i only remember 4 of the 12 students and one teacher. sorry, ill work on recovering it.

Kyra Grew up in rural Kentucky, a city that was deep into the Bible Belt. she went to church every Sunday and Wednesday with her mom up until the age of 15 when she stopped going. As a young kid she was kind of seen as an outsider to the community in. Her mother did not move to the city until she was an unmarried, pregnant 20 year old which made people feel very off put about her... Kyra had a really hard time in school especially whenever it came to actually learning: she struggled in class constantly and was in and out of multiple different tutors to try to help her. She remains stagnantly struggling throughout all of her school years. She had a couple of friends that she would go to church with and sit with during lunch but it was nothing really past that. When she was 10 her mother started dating a man who did not like her very much. He was not outwardly abusive for most of her childhood but he never talked to her or tried to make any sort of connection. He ignored and neglected her, but turned physically violent when Kyra was 16. 2 years into dating Kyras mom had a second child named Berry. For a long while Kyra did not know at all what to think of her, and more or less ignored her, unknowingly mimicking the same relationship she had with her dad.. She was not ready to be an older sister and did not want to try to take that responsibility. It wasn't until berry was 6 where she was witnessed to the abuse berry had been going through that she really had ignored prior. Her moms boyfriend was physically and emotionally abusing her all because, to her knowledge at least, Berry was a girl. After that point she really stepped up and acted like a better older sister to her. She took her to the park and would take her out to eat and play all the time. She would take her to school and back home too. Around this time as well Kyra got into a relationship with a girl named Cassandra and also came out as trans, at least to her and Berry. The two went everywhere together And constantly hung (( out whether or not Kyra truly wanted to )) Cassandra made most of the plans when they were together and Kyra would follow along no matter what they were. Theyre relationship wasnt really healthy though. They had gotten together not out of love but because they were both the only alternative and queer kids in town; and while they thought they were happy together they would end yo just fighting most of the time they were together, especially when Cassandra would drag Kyra along into things she didnt want to take part in. As you might be able to guess, they didnt last long. Kyra never really loved Cassandra and they ended up breaking up... which Cassandra still resents her for. The rest of high school it was really hard for Kyra because of her, she would constantly mess up her stuff. Whether it be taking her lunch or throwing it onto the ground, sliding work off her desk, passing her wrong answers in class, Cassandra was consistently angry constantly and would not let Kyra live down the fact that they broke up. It was made worse when people found out they had dated, she started getting picked on more than she already had been. She for a long time felt hopeless, like she was never going to leave this place. being with Cassandra it kind of enforced that. One day she got a flyer in the mail about a college that she had never heard of before that supposedly had free tuition.. She didnt really think too hard into it or what dangers could possibly come from this supposed college that she seemingly couldnt find any information on and she ended up applying and getting accepted! Her, and her mom were really suprised, especially with her low gpa and the fact she almost flunked out of school. they celebrated, and it was really the first time in a while the two had gotten to do anything positive together with the moms boyfriend around. things were looking up for Kyra.
And that's where her backstory ends and it will be continued in the actual story.
Kyra can be summed up as a very bubbly girl, she tries not to hold any ill will towards anyone but she's honestly rather stupid and does a lot of things without thinking them through fully. She's very airheaded but she cares a lot about the people that loves, Even with Cassandra being a huge bully to her she never really hated her for it. She makes a lot of promises and she wishes really hard for things whether or not she knows they will come true and is rather hopeful and very spiritual. after she left church her mothers boyfriend started being outwardly more abusive and to help cope and help find yourself more she got into crystals and astrology and eventually she turned goth. She believes that people can make things happen, and that there's good in everyone.
she initially left for college not only to get away from her hometown but she really hopes that being away from everything and everyone will give her a new perspective and help her grow as a person. and also because she wants to continue learning although she has a really hard time doing it she does have a large fascination with the world and is very curious about everything.
more information: she has an allergy to dairy and is kind of a picky eater. she would be a sylph of light. although i didnt mention it she does have a hobby of making clothes and is kind of sporty. her digimon partner would be toy agumon.

Cassandra Nemaker
19, 02/03/2004, she/her cis, bisexual, OCD

Cassandra grew up in the same small town as Kyra. Despite the town being small they did not end up meeting until they were really teenagers. Cassandra's parents were the typical highschool-sweethearts. they're very float-y and their whole relationship was based off the fact that they had one and the social status of having one. She has an older brother and a younger brother too: Her older brother's name is Chris ((20)) and her younger brother's name is Cyle ((16)). Her older brother was pampered and she got to watch him get everything that she ever wanted, and then her younger brother was spoiled and everything he wanted he got that and more. While Cassandra? she basically got nothing. Her parents would often kick her and her siblings out of the house for the day, locking the door so they couldn't come back in, and so she and her brothers would go wander which led to her going to places that she really shouldn't have at such a young age. she constantly hung out with people that were older than her, ((picture of 10-year-old hanging out with people that were 19 to 20. although she was lucky things could have been worse)) Her favorite spot was on top of a hill. There had been a old abandoned Elementary School that never got properly tore down and there was a small room in the back where a tree had started to grow up through it. After her brother started ditching her to just hang out with each-other and their friends. She would go up there almost every day. Her parents ended up getting a divorce whenever she was 12 but in all honesty she didn't care. Her mother who kept full custody of them would lock them out for multiple days at a time and well her brothers had places they could go she would either find herself at the doorsteps of the towns church. Cassandra was exceptionally smart, I am talking she had hundreds and every single class and excelled at everything she did, she played kickball and was the leader of her school's team and eventually she sprouted out the basketball which while she wasn't as good at she was still regardless very talented. She took Everything very seriously and if something was wrong she would get very angry very quickly. she had a very bad habit of violent anger where she would destroy stuff, her room was filled with holes in the walls which didn't help the fact that the house that she was living in was already falling apart. She got herself into so many different sports to try to relieve and take out some of this anger but nothing really worked. She, on her own, come to church every other Wednesday to pray that her anger would leave her, she described it as a demon that possessed her because she didn't have any other way to really describe it. Cassandra started wrestling once she quit playing her other sports. But... had the quit after in a moment of manic rage she ended up beating her older brother unconscious while they were play fighting. Her younger brother, Cyle who was only 9, had the drag him away. As soon as they were out of the room she ran away, she disappeared for a week before coming back home. Her mother was beyond angry at her, taking her room away to give it to Chris who had been sharing a room with his younger brother. She slept on the living room couch for 7 more years, and grieves every single day for her actions. she didn't know why she attacked her brother and she has not forgiven herself for it.
At the age of 13 she started coming to the church every single day to help the priest Take care of the church, and she did it every day for 2 years. Eventually her oldest brother came to confront her in the building. Cassandra, outside of dinner time and on walks to school in the morning had quit talking to him. Chris was sad because he did miss his sister but he also so angry. to him she attacked her for no reason out of the blue and then quit talking to him for years. All that rage that she had kept hidden came out and they started another altercation in the middle of the Sanctuary. Before the incident could repeat the Priest broke them apart and she left again running away from her problems. and that's how her life remained for another full two years, going off to find some menial activity to do before getting confronted with her past and running away. Each and every single time she got angrier and angrier. Whenever she was 15, she met Kyra. They have been friends for a couple months then Kyra had came out to her as a woman; shortly after they started dating. Cassandra genuinely loved Kyra, at least she thought she did. They didn't ever click outside of both being queer. Cassandra was hot headed and Kyra's bubbly happy attitude only made her more angry which led to them fighting constantly. Kyra one day told Cassandra she had to tell her something important and Cassandra agreed to it but asked if they could go to her favorite spot first which Kyra agreed to. The two walked out of town to the abandon Elementary School, and back to the room worthy tree had growing through the ceiling. Kyra kind of forget the point of the reason why they came here was more excited about how beautiful the tree was and the history behind the building. Cassandra sat in wait for what she was going to say but it never came, she was so anxious and scared of what Kyra was going to say she ended up lashing out and punching her in the face. They started yelling at each other so loud that they were pretty sure the town could hear, the small chambers of the room echoed their voices back at each other until Kyra yelled what she meant to and declared their relationship done and left and went home. However... Cassandra didn't leave she proceeded to spend the next day in that room before finally leaving. She was beyond angry at Kyra. She was so sad she did not know how to express her grief - so every single time she saw Kyra she would take out her anger on her. She kept up her grades and were admired by the same people that were bullying Kyra, forming a click of self righteous barely friends that only ended up using her for answers on tests. Cassandra got a letter in the mail and ended up applying for the same College Kyra did on knowingly, she knew she was going to get in, she had applied for multiple other colleges out of state, with her 100 average she knew she was down to get into one at least right? with her history of aggression and the amount of time she had beaten up people on campus she actually got turned down from every other college except for the mysterious one saying it had a free tuition. the same night she got her acceptance letter she had already packed despite the fact the school would be starting months later. and she did not say goodbye to her brother.
Cassandra carries her grief like a child, and other than anger being the first impression a lot of people get of her she could be described as haunted like. she moves from place to place without feeling. despite this she is very hard headed and has very strong morals. She is incredibly competitive and can get aggressive without meaning too. shes well intentions but her intentions are very misguided. her homestuck class would be derse which of light and her digimon partner would be Tsukaimon.

Janie Danearce
19 years old, 9/15/2003, she/they cis, lesbian, clinical anxiety and depression, autism, adhd

Janie was born in Chicago to a set of loving parents who care about her deeply and still do. ((I won't lie she has the best relationship with her parents out of all the people here.)) that doesn't mean that things weren't rough for a long time for her. When she was little she had a lot of complications that made her life more and more difficult. She had multiple seizures whenever she was 3, one of them leading to her stumbling down the stairs in her house and having to be rushed to the ER. She was in and out of the hospital for a long time, repeatedly going in for checkup after checkup. Their family ended up having to sell their house and move to outside the city when Janie was 5. They had money they were able to rely on, as well as stable jobs, Janie had health and life insurance, so thankfully they went too deep in any debt for a while. She was pulled out of school by her parents who opted to Homeschool her to make sure that she didn't have any serious issues while they weren't with her. At the age of six she was diagnosed with non epileptic seizures, after her fourth one that happened in her sleep. later that year she would be diagnosed with Lennox-gastaut syndrome on top of her non epileptic seizures. As she got older she would continue to have routine by monthly checkups. she was developmentally slower than most kids her age but she was never really outside and never fully realized. As she got older doctors began to take her less and less seriously, concluding that despite her past issues that she was having now with mobility were caused by her weight rather than any other possible thing. she started struggling to walk without help, and this all came to a head when in the middle of the night she collapsed after stepping out of bed. her parents hadnt heard her. She was left on the floor for the entire night, and morning, before found her, after that they immediately rushed her to the hospital. At age 10 she started using arm braces to get around, unable to walk without them. Despite this, she still persevered through everything. her disabilities did of course affect her in every way, making her depressed to where she struggled with suicidal even at such a young age. she still held out a lot of love and creativity for the world. she started playing piano at age 11 and in the Homeschool courses that she had been going through she excelled in them. she excelled in her online classes and things seemed okay. after a couple years of no incidents they were able to buy back the house that they had to sell whenever Janie was born and we're now in a nicer closer location the hospitals just in case anything happened. At age 13 she was diagnosed with P.O.T.S. which cleared up a lot of the confusion she had had. around this time she started asking her parents if she could go to a proper school... which they denied. They were worried about what could happen while they wernt around but in doing so didnt realize that never socializing her or having her around her peers was affecting her. In public she had a really hard time talking and communicating into other people, even more with kids that were her age. she didn't understand social cues and would often fall behind in conversations and get made fun of. I made her really angry and she blamed it on her parents for never helping her. they thought they were doing what was best for her but it was clearly not and they would not go back on their ways despite this. so Janie remained homeschooled, only ever being on a school campus for a yearly final exams, or if she had to pick up a new textbook. Around the age of 16 she was finally given a phone where she is now very chronically addicted and online, whenever she's not playing piano or studying she is constantly scrolling through social media and watching videos to the detriment of her Mental Health. seeing all these people and all the things that she could have had but we're taking away from her made her angry and sad. her parents were able to provide her with a therapist whenever she turns 17 and has been on anxiety and depression medication ever since.
When the letter for the college application arrived in the mail her parents were incredibly surprised. They didn't think they would give out this kind of stuff to kids who were homeschooled and pushed for Janie to fill everything out and apply, however Janie wasn't too entirely sure, and nearly missed the deadline putting it off. Her parents constantly reinforced how amazing it would be for her to have a free tuition although she thought it was a scam.. until she started seeing videos of people getting the same letter, each one worded differently as if they had been specifically wrote for the person she didn't quite understand and it made her even more nervous but regardless she felt called to fill it out and eventually did.
Janie has a huge love for music especially classical, and she has a very bright sense of humor, she loves making jokes and making up games that go along with them, despite Everything she goes through she still is a human being and struggles a lot, she is sad a lot of the time, she wishes she was able to experience more of her life before it was taken away from her but as she's gotten older she's learned to accept it and not hold it against your parents for keeping her away from society for so long... although she is still angry at them from time to time that she was homeschooled. she's very charismatic, and she has a way to light up a room like nobody else, she's very Charming but grounded in reality. Shes a realist and believes in whats in front of her. Despite not understanding social cues and much of anything else like that, she knows herself truly and deeply and won't do anything that she's not okay with. her class would be a mage of heart and her Digimon partner would be veemon.

Tyler Sombrah

Tyler... Honestly she does not have as much backstory as the other characters. She has gone through so many different phases and her development she is unrecognizable from where she started... Including well, the reference chart i made with the rest of the cast.
She grew up in a small house somewhere in Nevada, in a very small town. His dad is a powerful lawyer who frequently traveled in and out of town, sometimes to the capitol. Because of this he would end up leaving his home for days to sometimes weeks at a time - and ending at the at the age of seven Tyler had a babysitter that definitely didnt do a good job. He didn't have any furniture in his room other than a small cot in the corner and a plushie she had stolen that she kept in her closet. Her father severely neglected her, not enrolling her in school or leaving food in the house. The education she got before she was a teenager was what her babysitter taught him. Tyler would have to call to ask her dad to order more food for the house, which slowly she quit doing. Growing up Tyler spent most of her days in her room staring up at the ceiling imagining how much better of a life she could have, and the stress of constantly being alone and hungry eventually took its toll and she psychologically snapped. He quit talking entirely... which wasn't out of the ordinary because she would not be able to talk to her dad while he was home. She tore up her room because she felt like there was cameras and would constantly pace around the house locking and unlocking doors. At age 14 she met her birth mother for the first time after he had broken into Tylers home. In a blind panic he grabbed a knife and threatened to stab the woman, who was for Tyler a stranger. In response she was pushed to the ground, having her arm and nose broken. Then the woman left. Tyler had no clue what he could have been there for, and assumed he was there to kill him. (she had been there to steal from her dad ) which sent Tyler into a manic state of psychosis and even two days later whenever his father returned home it was still going on to a point where he almost attacked him. Despite security cameras surrounding the law Tyler's dad assumed that he had hurt himself and begrudgingly took him to a hospital. He had his arm fixed up and put into a cast. During this time she went to a pavilion out of the city to stay for a while while her father was at home. She was there for 3 weeks before getting picked up and dropped off at home only to repeat the cycle of being so alone yet again.
Tyler had gotten the letter in the mail and filled it out honestly without question, her writing was weird in all of the paperwork of course because most of what she had picked up was from her father's confidential documents. Around this time she had actually started smoking as well and is now a chronic chain smoker. Hes very fidgety and seems sketchy at first. its just because shes quiet, and she really dosent want to seem scary. Now with friends she takes care of them like how her father should have, and how she does with her plushie! she has a mother-y nature. though he can be very intense suddenly and it can be scary. He has no self preservation and will just do things no matter how badly itll hurt her. shes really hard to read a lot of the time. once she puts her mind to something she will get it done imminently and wont do anything else until its done. her classpect would be a rouge of void and her digimon partner would be Tapirmon.

"New God"

i dont have much of a backstory for him. one day he fell in love with a god and took her godhood so she could live once as a mortal... and watched her die. now as the god of knowledge and time he made a school to help carry on her legeasy and teach children he thinks could one day replace him if they wanted.
his digimon partner is pixiemon and then his classpect would be muse of time. hes stoic but deeply cares about the lives of his students, hes knowledgeable and has an answer to every logical problem but falls short on the emotional aspect. he has a small imagination also . lol

im keeping this short cuz theres a lot here. 20 random people are selected once every 6 years to be able to attend this collage. it exists in a different relm and together they have to learn to work together and study timelines and time travel without disrupting the balance of the universe. they do this to continue the teachings of the old god of time but also so that one day one of them, of their choosing, can take the place of jeauc de'arrce and continue manning time for as long as they can.
